Nordic Walking is a great form of recreational exercise using light-weight walking poles. The use of the upper limbs whilst walking strengthens the arms, takes some strain off the legs, tones muscles and burns fat!
Guided walks are amongst the stunning and wild scenery of Ross-shire. All take part on forestry tracks which is the most suitable terrain for nordic walking.
Nordic walking is quite easy to master. We use a qualified Nordic Walking Instructor who will coach you in techniques of Nordic Walking.
Included in the sessions are instruction, use of Nordic Poles and guided sessions.
