This is one of our most impactful programmes on offer; bringing people from different communities and backgrounds together on a journey of a lifetime!
This is where we live and breath community cohesion.
Opportunities are made for individuals to explore ideals, practices and living values locally and globally. Wherever we go, on the trail or en-route in a village or city we will stop.... listen... talk... smell... taste... touch...
Young people will be partnered with an appropriate corporate mentor and together they embark on a journey of a life time covering all aspects of personal and professional growth.
After an intensive training programme in the UK we undertake an expedition from the Andes to the Amazon. We share our expertise and engage in service projects with communities we meet along the way.
Leadership in the community is the theme for this journey. Participants will be physically and mentally challenged, discover their full potential and recognise the power they have to positively influence our communities.
Participants will raise funds to contribute towards the international expedition. Along with the support of your mentor we have dedicated time to teach and coach fund-raising techniques.á This has proven to be extremely rewarding as participants confidently present themselves to potential funders.
To ensure we are adequately prepared physically and psychologically participants will be expected to attend all modules prior to our international expedition.
We offer a closing ceremony that consolidates this powerful experience. It is an opportunity for individuals to celebrate their achievements and to recognise others for their contribution.
Service; Personal & Leadership Development; Physical Challenge

We make real connections with each other and the communities we meet through genuine caring and giving. Together we learn and grow to respect each other and global diversity.
Service is a core value embedded into all aspects of the programme. Participants research how best we can serve the communities we meet and choose appropriate projects.
Hands-on projects include: building homes, schools, community buildings, roads, planting trees, fishing and working on the land
People based projects include: working with street kids, orphanages, schools, hospitals and local community groups.
An intense personal journey of self discovery. We learn to understand and accept each others differences; exploring our values and beliefs, where they came from and what we want them to be.
We journey through South America representing multicultural Britain, celebrating who you are, in relation to where you are. We host a forum to share our values, the way we work, the way we live and what our ideal world would look like with local community groups.
Considerable time will be spent on what it means to be a positive role model and community leader working with our own communities. Participants work closely with their mentor to devise a clear action plan for making a difference in their own communities back in the UK. This is supported after the programme by their mentor.
Expeditions are journeys full of special moments that bring people together through a challenging experience. The magic is when participants practice self-reliance, leadership, care and respect for others and the environment.. without even realising it!
Having ownership of the expedition is the key to our approach. It encourages participants to have an invested interest in creating their own experience.
Participants go beyond what they think they are capable of doing. Expeditioning from the Andes to the Amazon!
The modules prior to departure include challenging expeditions in the UK for example, 3 peaks of Yorkshire Dales National Park and trek across the Lake District National Park.
An experienced international expedition leader will support participants through this process.
